This policy explains how Marifell software products handle information, including Google user data used by AeroVentory and ConsumablesControl.

1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to Marifell software products and this website. Product-specific behavior may vary according to features enabled and configured by the user or organization.
2. Google user data used by AeroVentory and ConsumablesControl
Gmail send permission
AeroVentory and ConsumablesControl use Gmail authorization to send application-generated messages on behalf of the connected Google account. This may include password-reset emails and other emails initiated or configured within the application. The application does not require permission to read the user's Gmail inbox for this functionality.
Google Drive file permission
AeroVentory and ConsumablesControl use Google Drive authorization for supported application-managed file and backup workflows. The permission is used to work with files created or opened through the application, consistent with the permission granted by Google.
3. Use of Google user data
Google user data is used only to provide and maintain the Google-connected features described above. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes.
4. Storage and security
AeroVentory and ConsumablesControl may store OAuth authorization credentials or tokens required to maintain an authorized Google connection. These credentials are used to authenticate supported Google API operations and should be protected using appropriate operating-system and application security controls.
5. Sharing and sale
Marifell does not sell Google user data and does not share Google user data with third parties for advertising or marketing. Data is transmitted to Google APIs as necessary to perform the Google-connected operation requested or configured by the user.
6. User choice and revocation
Connecting a Google account is optional for Google-integrated functionality. Users can revoke application access through their Google Account third-party connection settings.
7. Google API Services User Data Policy
AeroVentory and ConsumablesControl's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated when products, integrations or data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current published version.
